Great new store located in Franklin Street after moving from A'Beckett Street. It's still only a short walk from Melbourne central and left off Elizabeth Street, on the north side. This store is bright and fresh with lots of electronic components, accessories and gadgets - you can spend hours browsing. I visited to obtain a globe for my old door bell 🛎 , which they had in stock and was less than $2. The representative, Jason, that helped me was extremely patient and helpful.

It's really convenient here to buy anything related to car accessories, like a car phone holder and more. The staff are really friendly and explain things very clearly. They also help me find the things I want.

I am not handy or the electronics type, however I found the need to find a hard to find T4 screw driver. I was surprised at the amount of different items for purchase and quickly got lost trying to find what I was looking for. After asking a young guy for assistance, he showed me exactly where they are stocked and searched for the cheapest option. Overall a great experience for a rare visits

they are weird guys (good) but easily the best customer experience i have had!!!! i have been in multiple times with no idea what i need and they have been the biggest helps!!! and SUPER friendly!!!!! my words couldnt recommend enough!!!! BIG thanks to the team!!!!!!

I came here and the employees immediately asked what I came for. I showed them what I wanted, then came out with it in under a minute. Price was fine, I don't know about the RRP but it seemed reasonable. All things said, the whole experience took 2 minutes and I'm happy with my experience.

Insanely good customer service. I came in with a weird request, but the man who served me knew everything there was to know. He found my solution (obscure type of charger for an online bought lantern) and had a great sense of humour. Highly recommend

In less than 3 minutes Brandon had - complimented my shirt - found Exactly the charger I was looking for - demonstrated that it was in fact, what I was looking for and could charge my device - let me go with naught but a smile It just does not get better than that. It really couldn’t.

Been to this store now a few times for parts to a project of mine, and was excited to enter greeted again by a very helpful, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable Brandon, who listened to my options then showed and explained better products to suit the project at hand. Have yet to experience a trip to this store and have anything other than a great experience and already looking forward to another trip to show the finished result. 5 stars customer service and support keep it up guys 👏👏

The store manager, Scott, was incredibly helpful and kind. He took the time to explain to me what I would be looking for when using the equipment I was buying. I’d highly recommend coming here if you’re planning on scoping or building a project!

Highly recommend this store! My scooter had charging issues, and the staff here went above and beyond. They let me unbox and test a new charger for 10 minutes to make sure it worked before I committed to the purchase. To top it off, they even gave me a discount. Great technical knowledge and excellent customer service. Thank you!
